Stable techical performance.
Some things to do better next time:
control
#4 it would have been faster to run around the path to the west
#8 stupid routechoice, lost about 1' because of not running north and then attacking the control from the meadows north the control circle
#15 would have been faster to run along the path north the line

Really bad start, as I spent too less time to read the map accurately.
Had big problems to speed up in the forest, as it was really stony everywhere...
Some further mistakes at #8 - #10, bad routechoice to #15 and blackout at #20.
However, nice course and I was happy to be in the finish without any serious injury! ;-)

As I was already quite tired, I followed Kerschis advice to take POM Long distance easy and I really enjoyed cruising around in this nice area and have another long run to end my two-week Portugal adventure!

POM Middle distance has shown me, how much better the worlds best athletes are. I got stuck in the green areas (due to bad planning, though) at controls #13 & #18 - #20, and made some 1’ mistake in the control-circle at #11...
